A VST manufacturing plant enables the production of the whole the raw superstructure. VST elements consist of permanent formwork. It is a reinforced concrete construction where the concrete core is poured in on site, making the elements much lighter than when building with precast concrete and the buildings more sustainable than when using modular construction. Concreting the elements on site also allows for a monolithic construction which improves seismic safety. It is possible to combine VST elements with any other construction method. Walls made of two cement bonded particle boards; own specially developed steel bar spacers used as connection part load bearing cutouts, reinforcement, electrical ducts, ventilation pipes,... can be implemented at factory, thus saving time on site highly fire resistant (can be used for elevator shafts) Stairs installed early on in construction phase thus no ladders etc. are required on site simple assembly already reinforced at the factory Slabs consist of one cement bonded particle board and steel reinforcement high sound insulation minimal joints Beams and columns reinforced at the production factory can be used with all other VST composite formwork elements
