enVerid HLR 1000E-M
The enVerid HVAC Load Reduction module is a unique building solution that offers significant LEED points, superior indoor air quality, and both CAPEX and OPEX savings.
LEED points are available in the Energy & Atmosphere (EA), Indoor Environmental Quality (EQ), and Innovation (IN) credit areas. New constructions can earn up to 12 points, while existing buildings can earn up to 17 points because of new LEED pilot credits from USGBC.
With HLR modules, having a green building can actually save CAPEX. By reducing HVAC loads, the HLR allows for downsized HVAC designs that provide immediate payback. In addition, energy efficiency improvements from the HLR module provide up to 40% annual energy savings.
The HLR module works by scrubbing indoor air of molecular contaminants, reducing the required outside air ventilation by 60-80% and thereby dramatically decreasing HVAC cooling and heating loads. With improved indoor air quality, studies show that building occupants have superior cognitive function and productivity.
The HLR 1000E-M is designed for indoor mechanical rooms. The system is designed to be scalable to building size. Individual or multiple HLR modules can be used in new construction, or easily retrofit to an existing HVAC infrastructure.
