DMK Sageglass Glatt

Balancing Daylight

We design buildings with glass because the benefits of views and natural light are abundantly clear. Unfortunately, with the views and natural light come glare and heat gain, negative outcomes we want to minimize. Blinds and shades do this but at the expense of the views and much of the available natural light. SageGlass offers a better way.

Only SageGlass provides in-pane zoning, meaning a given pane can have up to three sections which can independently tint. This is critical, especially in floor to ceiling applications, because very rarely does a full pane need to tint to block the majority of the glare or solar heat. In-pane zoning is the most advanced method to block out the worst solar heat and glare while maximizing the amount of daylight allowed in and best preserving views to the outdoors.
