Actuator Controllers

The Automated Logic line of Actuator Controllers are integrals component of the WebCTRL® building automation system. These fully programmable, native BACnet Advanced Application Controllers (AAC) zone level temperature and air quality control for pressureindependent VAV applications. Sophisticated preengineered control algorithms reduce energy consumption, extend actuator life, and increase occupant comfort. It communicates on an EIA-485 LAN using BACnet MS/TP or BACnet over ARCNET communications and connects seamlessly to the WebCTRL® building automation system. Automated logic zone controllers have plenty of memory for schedules, alarms, trends and Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD).


  • BACnet Advanced Application Controllers (B-AAC) that support native BACnet communications to field devices overhigh-speed ARCNET 156 Kbps or BACnet MS/TP networks
  • Separable actuator with a 45 inch-pound (5 Nm) torque rating that can be mounted up to a maximum distance of 300 feet from the controller
  • Precision differential pressure sensor and advanced VAV algorithm increase occupant comfort at both minimum and maximum design air flows, while also extending actuator life
  • Custom-programmable using EIKON® software for the WebCTRL® system, enabling you to create graphic logic sequences for your application
  • Flexible communication port configurations are available for communications to field controllers and routing to other BACnet and non-BACnet devices
