The United Soybean Board (USB) is a farmer-funded organization working with industry to commercialize sustainable building products and other industrial applications using soybean-based chemistry. The USB trade show booth, “Discover the Soy Advantage,”  will feature a number of soy-based products for sustainable building that include paints, coatings, adhesives, solvents, composites and foams, as well as new research including fibers, paper and rubber. Among major building products brands that use soy-based chemistry are Sherwin Williams, Rust-Oleum, Columbia Forest Products, Plyboo, Signature Crypton Carpets and Demilec. Experts will be on hand to provide information about the advantages of using soy-based products, including performance, versatility, cost and sustainability. The USB represents more than 600,000 U.S. soybean farmers. For more information, visit www.soynewuses.org.
